जालंधर: (Roshan Bilung) डॉ। गुरिंदर कौर चावला सिविल सर्जन जालंधर के मार्गदर्शन में और स्वास्थ्य विभाग की टीम ने कोरोना वायरस के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाने के लिए सरकारी आर्ट्स एंड स्पोर्ट्स कॉलेज, जालंधर में एक सेमिनार का आयोजन किया।
हालाँकि कोरोना वायरस को लेकर लोगों में डर का माहौल है, लेकिन वायरस से बहुत डरने की ज़रूरत नहीं है, इसके लिए कोई इलाज नहीं है फिर भी इसे जागरूकता से रोका जा सकता है।
उन्होंने कहा कि हाथों को साफ रखना, थोड़े समय के लिए हाथों को साबुन से अच्छी तरह से धोना। कम से कम वायरस से प्रभावित व्यक्ति में से एक। मीटर की दूरी बनाए रखनी चाहिए।
उन्होंने कहा कि उन्हें बुखार, सर्दी, नाक बह रही है और गले में खराश है। और व्यक्ति को सांस लेने में परेशानी हो रही है और देश के बाहर से आने वाले संदिग्ध मरीज के इतिहास के मामले में निकटतम सरकारी स्वास्थ्य संस्थान से संपर्क करना चाहिए।
उन्होंने कहा कि जब मरीज को फांसी दी जाती है या वायरस समाप्त हो जाता है। यह वर्तमान और आस-पास की वस्तुओं तक भी फैलता है। इसलिए, यह बेहद जरूरी है कि खांसते या छींकते समय नाक और मुंह को रुमाल से ढंका जाए।
दिन में कम से कम चार से पांच बार हाथ और मुंह धोएं और भीड़-भाड़ वाली जगहों पर जाने से परहेज करें। स्वास्थ्य विभाग 28 दिनों से कोरोना वायरस के लिए मोटे मरीजों की निगरानी कर रहा है।
